brilliant staff, crowded area, they have small restaurant. they provided perfect service too. warm whiskies and coffee in the salad bar, paid parking place. this hotel was a wonderful base for a business stay.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Leicester. The reception was efficient and clean. Had valuable standard queen room with adequate facilities, good bathroom, double bed.

The place was spotless with fab staff and rooms. The bathroom was modern. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was low budget. Need to add that free wifi was provided throughout the property. Found in a local part of the town;)))

The location and rooms were okay. Having climate control, ironing facilities and a study table was very convenient. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like China City that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Helpful staff, great value for money.
